My tough old beast(78 Cherokee WT) goes through almost anything, but just doesn't like the water. Anyone got any helpful solutions for keeping the good ol' 360 running through the bogs ? I've tried the ignition sprays, and the old latex glove over the cap and wires, but it still starts to sputter and pop. It does need a new accelerator pump on the carb, could that be part of the problem ?
