I have a 86 grand wag that I've been building a new motor for(360 .30 over cam lifter valve job port and polish head and more to come) but have recently came across a newer hemi with very low miles at a steal of a price and I was going to be putting on a new howell tbi on the 360. but with the price i can get this motor for i was thinking about selling the old and to start with this but wanted to know if someone out there has done this and how much trouble they had or didn't what trany they used and any info that could help me make up my mind.thanks for any help.

It can't be anymore difficult than a LS swap so I would say go for it. If you have the mechanical and electrical skill, do it. I have seen hemi swaps in TJ's but never in a FSJ. I have seen a 6.0 GM engine in a Wagoneer on youtube and holey crap. It was impressive.
