999 trans to 727swap

What do I need to do this swap? I have a 258/999/208xfer. 82 model year. Help me make a list of things I need to locate!!

it is a direct bolt in. the 727 convertor will bolt to the same 258 flexplate. the shift and throttle pressure linkages will swap. will bolt to the same mount bracket.

the 727 is a minute amount longer-1/8 inch or less. not enuff to affect anything. same front drivesahft will work.

i did it the other way-i replaced the factory 727 in my GW with a 904.

haha!! my roommate is swapping a 727 into his AMC eagle as I type this. Of course, I'm stuck at work so no fun for me =(

But like scotty said, pretty straight forward.

his donor is a crashed 82 chero.
