So I've been home for break were it rains more and I have had the trim off of my windows for a while and was wondering if thats the reason my carpets are SOAKED. I'm in Kalifornia, if I end up with a rusty rig I'll be very embarassed

I'd be more likely to suspect leaking weatherstripping, as well as a leaking set of roof rack grommets.

All items that you sell, too! :p
Seriously, I'd agree. I don't think removing the chrome trim is the culprit.

If you have the windshield chrome trim off and did not put the screws back in the holes Yes it will leak there.

I don't have a roof rack so most likely not that, but I did not put the screws back in like jsinajeep said
