So it snowed today so I took the 79 cherokee out and pulled out tons of people out the snow. Even a f25o superduty 4wd you think it would pull as good as a jeep lol no nevermind nothing pulls like a fullsize jeep.:DAnybody else got cool stories of where there jeep suprised them in a situation like this and pulled out a turbo diesel v-8 with the 258?

I stayed in and fed the fire. I'm about to go dig out the front gate and fire up the Waggy. I will try to get some snow poses.

No snow here but TONS of mud... The whole yard requires 4wd even with the TSLs... Drove down by the pond... Took about 5 minutes of 4lo at 5000+rpm to get out (about 300ft)... The temp guage got 3/4 of the way up but the jeep handled it like a champ and I found mud 400ft away... Also I made ruts about a foot deep and took a pretty good hit from a tree I slid into... Good times  :fsj: :drivin:

Cool deal I prefer mud any day but snow is easier on your rig than mud and it's an adventure everywhere you go even walmart. It's even funnier to watch people in Oklahoma who have no idea what snow is or no idea of what it's like to drive on anything but cement.

Love the Camo Cherokee. Mine is a 78 in Desert Camo. We have mud here in Az right now played around in it a little in the waggy today.

same here... Most people stay home (they close the schools for a lousy half inch) but there are enough of them out there... Someone needs to let them know that just because their 4x4 pickup CAN get up to 55 on icy roads does not mean they SHOULD nor does it mean they can stop
