Removing driver door inside door panel. What the....

I need to take off the drivers side door panel,how do I disassemble the side mirror and the mirror control arm. :confused:

Usually I start unscrewing and tearing things apart, then ask questions later..... But something stopped me on this one. :D

There is a very small allen head set screw that holds the mirror control joy stick to the cardboard door panel. Take the pannel of and support the door pannel and you will be able to access the hex screw easily.
