I'm going to replace my ignition module for my GW, that may be the problem to my Mutt not starting. I replaced the solenoid, cleaned my connections, traced the wires for any arcing or cut points, found the neutral switch (still good), and cleaned the starter switch from the inside. I figure, what else can it be?

Well IIRC you had trouble with the truck not cranking over when you turned the key in the cab. AFAIK the ignition module does not have anything to do with turning the engine over.

At this point, I just hope what I do fixes the problem.

*UPDATE* I found corrosion in my connections to the ignition module. It looks like it's enough to stop the engine and prevent it from starting.

Cut the connectors off & replace them with the later style weatherpack!
#1 issue with Ford Duraspark is crappy connections.
You can get them from any slavage yard cheap.

Im with grand on this one. The ignition module has nothing what so ever to do with the engine not cranking.

That is what my connections looked like too. That spray battery terminal cleaner stuff works good at cleaning green stuff. Then I hooked the HEI up to it, Oi who needs a choke...lol!
