Question 1: What parts exactly(with part #'s if anyone knows them) do I need to connect my new edelbrock carb to my linkage. the vehicle is a 90 gw, with 727 tranny.
Question 2: When I pull the engine, is it easier to leave the transmission attached(I'm swapping that out too), or take it out afterthe engine is out?
Question 3: Can I leave the transfer case attached to the trasmission and pull it all with the engine, or do I need to take out the transfer case before I pull the engine and transmission?

haven't done any of that, but having just done the transfer case, I'd say that at least has to come off. You can probably pull the engine and tranny together if you get the angle right. You might have to lift the truck to get clearance for the tailshaft tho.

Check the capacity of your Liftng devise . Make sure it is rated to make the pick. I have not pulled the Engine/tranny combo but I bet it would go.

The engine/tranny/transfer case CAN be pulled as an assembly if you remove the hood and the radiator and have a really strong and high hoist. I used a borrowed tractor with the backhoe lift bucket thingy (technical term?) to hoist it all out.

assuming you have an Edelbrock manifold...
Edelbrock part #8034 is (AFAIK) the bracket which bolts on to the manifold which moves the throttle cable "out" about 1-2" to allow clearance from the carb body
IF this is indeed the correct part I'm thinking about, all it's made up of is a flat piece of stock, about 1"Wx3.5"L with three holes drilled in it.
I looked on edelbrocks site for the correct part number, but could find a pic of it

do i need the throttle adapter for chrysler transmissions also? the guy at summit racing didn't have a clue, and neither do I.

You do NOT need the throttle-adapter for Chrysler transmissions. In fact, it wouldn't work if you tried. Jeep used a Ford carb, and I guess they split the middle and decided to use a Chevy-style linkage hookup. There should be a small-parts kit with your Edelbrock carb (if you bought it new) that includes the appropriate linkage stud to mount on the throttle-arm. If not, you can call Edelbrock and they'll probably send you the small bag of hardware; that's what they did for me since mine was missing it from the box.
