springs are really stiff. Thinking about removing a leaf, but which one? It's a six leaf set up, 3" over Rough Country I think. I'm only getting about 2" of flex now. Thats no weight on the spring to all the weight of the rear.

I've done tons of this. I dont know about Rough Country, and I dont know if you are referring to the front or rear, but I had a superlift kit that I removed 2 leaves from each back, front and rear, to aid flex. Worked really well, and I only got a little sag out of the front springs. Currently, I'm running Rancho springs up front sprung over with the bottom leaf removed, and that flexes like crazy. In the rear, I removed the second leaf from the bottom from OEM springs and they go negative at full stuff, so I'm thinking of throwing them back in or adding bumpstops. Hope this helps.
