Ted, check www.traderonline.com (http://www.traderonline.com) I've seen four or six really nice GWs in the magazine, all in Alabama so they're closer to you.

Sweeeet!
It's got the tint job I want. Sure helps the interior stay in good shape.
I noticed something..look at the pic of the driver door panel...see that rust spot on the step plate? I have the exact same thing, and I wonder how many others do.
My driver door is actually about a 1/4 inch too low, and the weatherstrip can't do it's job because the cause door's not in proper contact with it.
Dig the whitewalls..mine are turned out too.

Looks in pretty good shape - but wit pics its hard to tell especially after a dealer has had it detailed. A couple of small things I noticed is that it appears to have had a recent power steering pump and the factory fog lights look shot. Also it's got the burgandy interior - YUCH!. I paid about $3000 for an 87 with about 140,000 miles total and about 40,000 on a rebuilt motor excellent interior and a a couple of minor dents on the exterior (no rust). So $4500 or so is not too bad a price depending on true condition. I would never buy a car without looking at it myself. JMHO
Mine also has the contact spot on the driver's door jamb Coley. Hinges are sound though.

Do the newer models all have that dash? That dash just looks odd. Must be used to the older ones.

I recently bought mine for $3000.00 from the original owner and it's in about the same shape except mine has 103K miles. It also has the same spot on the driver's door jam and the gas gauge needle seems to always be in the same position as the picture shows. It took me several months of looking to find one I wanted(Traderonline is a good source).
Good luck.
