K&N Airfilters

I am going to tie up some odds and ends on the Jeep before we start getting too much snow here in the Springs. Next weekend i am doing the CS 144 upgrade and today I am going to do plugs and some tuning. Which brings me to my question:

What are your thoughts on K&M airfilters. I need a new one anyway so should I pony up for a K&N or should I just go with a paper element? I do have a 14 inch open filter installed now, I just need a filter.

even if MPG and performance doesnt change its a reusable filter that catches more crap.

they actually catch less crap they have holes in them that are way bigger than dirt.

Now if you get the foam pre filter I think it would be fine.
