Side Marker lights

Here is a Question for you guys. I have been having some issues with my blinkers not working properly and was wondering if the side marker lights on the fenders are supposed to blink with the turn signal.

Yes, the fronts should blink with the turn signals, while the rears are marker lamps only.

thats helpful and right down the lines of what I was thinking. But htat adds another problem of things as niether of them blink. and now one of my front blinkers has taken a dive too. Its getting to be a bad week for my Jeep.
