Can someone tell me if these are factory or aftermarket springs with a lift. The only reason I think they may be aftermarket is that the rear had blocks, Also, does the pitman arm look stock or is this for a lifted vehicle. They came off a 78 Wagoneer.

Pitman are is not stock it's a "drop" pitman arm used when lifting.
No reason to use a drop pitman arm unless the rig is lifted.
Probably front lift springs, and rear block lift kit.
EDIT:
Measure the rear blocks, and that's likely the amount of lift the front springs have.
HEY, another guy from Bakersfield. How you doing?

535xxxx are Jeep PNs.
5356787: 10-25-45 '76-78 5 leaf front, LD and HD apps.
5355460: 10-25 '76-78 5 leaf rear, HD apps
There are other apps, but these are the ones that bracket your Wagon.

Thanks guys! But now I am confused. Why would I have a drop pitman arm and 3 1/2" blocks in the rear if the leaf springs have Jeep part#'s?

Maybe they used an add-a-leaf in the front spring packs?

They might have done a lot of towing or hauling in the back and the springs were sagging so they put the blocks there to level it out. Maybe they had a mullet and AC/DC t-shirt collection and like the "raked" look!:D
Just tossing this out:
Did you buy them for your 64 Wagoneer?
If they are from a 78 they are not a direct fit onto the 64.

Thanks for all the input. The vehicle the springs came off of did have a hitch on the rear so perhaps the blocks were for the rear sag. I still don't understand why it had a drop pitman arm. The leaf springs came with the front and rear d44 axles that I had a local pull-a-part torch off the vehicle. My plan is to get rid of my 64 Wagoneer axles and install the d44's. I was not sure if I would use leaf springs from a 1978 or 1964? any suggestions?

Quick guess? The wag had a lift at one point and the springs were switch back to the originals. You can run a dropped pitman arm on a non (or not much) lifted rig. I have one on mine. I put it on when I was running lift shackles, which I've since taken off. It doesn't bind as long as everything is adjusted properly...and the draglink is very very close to even with the tie-rod...read: no bumpsteer ever. lol
The springs are more directly related to the frame than the axles. The hangers on your '64 will be post mount I believe, the fronts may even be 2" instead of 2.5". Unless you plan to drop the mounts under the frame like the newer rigs running newer axles is going to be a lot of modding. Not impossible, several members have done it with good success. Just keep in mind it will not be a bolt in deal.
