JERSEY JOE

This is an explanation of a situation.
I was negotiating the purchase of a part from a forum member, agreed on a price but the owner was not interested in shipping. A fellow forum member was considering fetching the part for me and shipping it to me as a favor for the cost of shipping. The issue was the distance between the two. It would have been a stretch for member #2 to do this for me but I am sure he would have even though there were a lot of out of the way miles involved. It became too much to ask so I opted out of the sale and found the exact part with another forum member who had it shipped out before my check ever hit the mail. The part in question is popular and in demand and I am sure forum member 1 will sell it locally. I hope this explanation makes sense. Those who know me know that I stand behind what I say. I have had countless positive sales experiences with many many folks here and I thought that an explanation was in order.
