I have an 81 wagoneer with a 727 tranny and a 208 tranfercase. I would like to replace the stock 360 engine with a 401. Will the engine bolt to the tranny without any changes. I am looking for more power. null

You'll have to remove the crankshaft pilot bushing if the 401 came out of a FSJ.
You'll also need to find(this part may be the hard part?) a 401/727 flexplate. It'll be from something like a Rambler Matador? All the 401's in FSJ's ran a TH400 tranny behind them.
