Well i just want to hand it to Ryan at Bj's again. I kept pm'ing him looking for different parts i couldn't find and he was nothing but courteous and helpful explaining the difference between their parts and competitors parts. So in the end, now i have a full engine gasket kit, new spindle bearings, new ball joints, and a complete stainless steel engine hardware kit for the cherokee:thumbsup: I'll be pulling the engine hopefully this week. But i just wanted to thank Bj's offroad for their great customer service.

I have found BJs customer service very, very good.
Very happy with : The prices, speed of shipment.:)
They know their stuff too!

I recently ordered my extended brake lines and a DPA, and the order was shipped right away! :thumbsup:

Window wipes.
Ordered last week now have them on hand. Came in on Veterans Day, its like I received a present.
Oh I would really wood like to have one of thier stickers to put on my Grand Wagoneer. I was told they were out when I received my last order. Maybe I'll get one someday :(.

Another satisfied customer here. Ordered an oil pump midplate Monday evening and it was waiting for me when I got home tonight. What more could you ask for, pleasant help on the phone when I called, reasonable price and quick shipment.
Now I only hope it helps raise my oil pressure a bit when I rebuild the pump...

and i'm not satisfied ! some people already know me, some don't... i live in Poland which means bought parts delivery takes about a month.
I've ordered and paid a 6" lift on december... i was told its out of stock... i can understand that. Three weeks ago i was told its in stock now so it would be shipped in a week... nothing happened since.... i have placed orders on over 4.000$ and nothing happened. I know that some parts are not just sitting and waiting for me to buy it so i've mailed the most needed like
- complete 360engine gasket set
- oil pan
- jeep sj manual
- engine/transmission mounting
- windshield gasket
no answer. no charge on my credit card.
For someone like me who's living thousands miles from US BJ's the only place that have everything i need, so why i cannot buy it ?
I'm in the middle of restoration and parts i've mentioned are so important.
My car is in a workshop and i must pay for time my car just stands there... i'm loosing money because BJ's is not shipping not answering.... i want to hit the road on july but .... BJ's will make me keep the car in the garage for the rest of the year.... if You have any contact with someone from BJ's please talk with that person to push my orders forward.

I've ordered a fender,and a glove box insert,and recieved then within 10 days.I have a crossflow radiator in layaway now.Ryan,and Brent have always been VERY knowledgeable and helpfull!I'm definatl:thumbsup: y a satisfied customer!!!!!

I've ordered a bunch of stuff for my gladiator from BJ's. They have been terrific and helpful and I'll be ordering again very soon.
I'd also give a shout of thanks to the kind folks here who have been selling me parts as well.... Just really kind and knowledgeable folks and really great dealings... thanks all!
