View Full Version : Found a 1963 4 door Wagoneer/What's it worth?

Guy calls me this morning and says he has a 1963 Willys Wagoneer 4 door that runs and is in overall good condition. Of course we know one persons idea of good condition can vary from others. He said it drives out fine and wants to sell it for around $1,000. I'm going to look at it Sunday and will have pics of it then. So, anyone interested? A little older than what I like to work with but thought someone here might be interested. If I can get Photobucket to act right I will post a pic otherwise I may have to PM them.

If the engine and body are tight that sounds like a heckuva deal.

While it won't be me somebody may benefit if you can get up pics. You may be able to work the local posting system if you get the pics sized right.

If it runs and drives and isn't too rusty, then it sounds like a good deal to me. I'd love to see some pics and get the VIN if you can so we can see when it was built.

the unreasonable, jeepaholic part of me is -very- interested... sadly the pocketbook side of me growls at the very thought. but yeah, PICS!

I paid 300.00 for mine a few months ago. It was not running and the rats had been living in it.

My weekend Jeep Expedition got cancelled. Wife was sick with a bad sinus infection and daughter had the stomach virus so I played Dr. all weekend. Trying to re-scheldule something for later in the week. I will keep everyone posted.

Obviously thats why he saved money by getting a non-running one... All the bugs MIGHT be worked out by driving age :D
