Hello, I've been browsing the board for a while now and figured it was time to introduce myself. I have found a lot of answers to my questions so far but I will have a ton more to come. Here is my beast as it sat when I bought it.

The truck is not from the south, I'm from Calgary Alberta Canada.
The truck is a 75, grill was changed out. This truck has been cut and hacked by previous owners. I found a pic of it with quad headlights at one point.

The grenade is the hood release. I like it but the hood does not lock at this point.

The drivetrain is 401/th400/qt. Right now its on propane but I think that will come out. I am trying to figure out how much lift is on it. It's soa but I think there may be lift springs in it as well. The tires in the pic are 31's.

Welcome from thr Front Range of Colorado. Be prepared to be broke.

Don't let them get you down, I like the pignose grill and square headlights.

Just wait until you get into the brow/no brow debate.

LOL, with all the grille swapping that goes down here on the forum, that is why I said "looks like" and "maybe". The 401 is a plus! The cab brow is a double-plus! ;)

Thanks for the welcome.
You should see me around the board a fair bit. I will be asking a lot of questions. I have a drw 60/70 combo for it and plan to put somewhere around a 37" tire on it. It will be a weekend toy but also a daily driver for my girlfriend (she doesn't have to drive far).
I have no plan on time frame but it won't be fast. The truck is being stored a hour away in a barn from 1903, not the best shop but it will have to do.

That bumper is beefy but it will be coming off so a winch bumper can go on.

I agree the body looks good in the picture but I don't know what is under all the primer. The box has some good dents in it that look to be just filled with body filler.
