off road bumper

Hey all I see alot of guys have built thier own. I am doing the same. A friend of mine gave me some 3/16 plat steel in 3ft x 4ft sheet. I am making a winch bumper out of it. For those of you that have already done yours. how did you attach yours if you don't mind me asking.?:drivin:

I am building mine at a speed of smell, but I am bolting mine on. I am using a long flat plate and bolting to the frame using the existing holes plus one farther back in there. The mounting brackets will be gusseted and pass through the square tube bumper and be rounded off and used as recovery points. Don't want to break welds if I'm pullin hard on something.
