I noticed tonight on ebay that someone had an Edelbrock AMC off of a Cherry v6. Does anybody know of any other manifolds that would work our 360? Just wonderin'.

As near as I can tell, All the v-8 AMC's after (at least) 1969 cross. I have a 343 4 barrel manifold that I will be trying next weekend and will be happy to let you know the results.
It is good to have friendly guys at the wrecking yards.

If your wondering if anyone else makes an intake for our rigs I don't think so. If your wondering if you could take the intake off of 6 and put it on an 8 I wouldn't think so. Also I don't think that an intake off of a 343 would work on a 360. The only ones that interchange is the 360 and 401 as they are basically the same engine. Hope that answers your ?

The 304-360-390-401 intakes will interchange with each other. Edelbrock is your best choice. Holley DID make a manifold for the AMC. If you can find one they are suppose to be the best, this is according to a few on here.

The 304 manifold should be pretty easy to find. Will I find any power or flow issues if I put one of these on or should it still be pretty much the same mani?

Pre-1970 heads had a slightly different bolt placement for the intake manifold. One of the center bolts is moved a bit. I think the aftermarket manifolds compensate for this by having a slotted hole rather than a round hole for this bolt, so you can fit the aftermarket manifold to earlier and later AMC V8 engines.
