I bought this jeep 3 weekends ago now and I've been doing a couple things with it since I got it to fix it up a bit. One of the main annoying things were the windows were held up by cardboard so I got new lifters and they work great, next was to restore the door panels, the vinyl was in good shape along with the foam but the cardboard backing was destroyed. I got some masonite(I think that's what this stuff is called) and made new backing for the panels by using the old cardboard as a template and cleaned up the vinyl and they look brand new. Best thing about it, the masonite came with the truck and I already had spray adhesive sitting in the garage, its hard to beat anything free. They do make the rest of the interior look shabby now though haha:D Here's some pictures...

Nice work! Always nice when some elbow grease and a good cleaning can make such a difference.
