Non jeep seats

Does any know if seats from a 2002 Merc Mountainer will kinda bolt up to our seat tracks? or maybe from a Ford explorer, 96-98 vintage found some CFC turn ins at a local yard

Im going to guess "no" as a direct bolt-in, but probably ok as far as overall seat dimensions. Ive owned a couple of new Explorers in the past decade and love the seats for comfort and structure. I installed a pair of 2004 Ford Escape (the small SUV) seats in my '77 and had to do a lot of fab work to get them to work with the stock seat riser/brackets.

If you search you'll find that several different styles of seats have been used including Explorer!
