Cargo Cover tension question...

Never have used it, just stored it away after we bought my GW. well now I want to use it and find that it just sits there... I mean it doesnt wind back up, just kinda sags around you know?

is there a way to breath new life into these or am I left with a saggy waggy cargo cover?

I have to use my hands to kinda help it roll up when I use mine. Don't know if you can retension the spring or not.
