Well after spending some quality time with my garden hose this weekend, I was able to figer out where the source of Lake Wagoneer was.
Water comes in thru the drivers side air vent. It acts like an over-flow valve. Once enough water builds up in the fender(or where ever it is)it dumps out onto the floor. I'm guessing the drain holes are plugged.
I've done a search on the problem, but didn't find the answer I was hoping for.
My question is, what is the best way to access and clean out these holes?
Thanks.

I believe I had the same problem. What I did was get a hose with a nozzle, and blast all the drain holes underneath. If you look along the rocker panels, etc. you will have drain holes every foot and a half or so. They are shaped like this : \______/ (close to acutal size), and point toward the center. They are only big enough to fit my pinky finger (barely).
You won't believe the amount of crud that will come out. Just get that nozzle aimed in that drain, and blast away!

It's covered in the following tech article:

Good luck! I removed an entire mouse-nest from my truck's cowl...
