Biggest tires?

I just saw pictures of a recent Jeep Waggy tha overland_yj just purchased. Mine is the same color and his has a 4 inch lift with 32's on it. I want to put bigger tires on mine eventually but I dont want to put a big lift on it. what is the biggest I dare go on the factory wheels? And If I want to put a 2 inch lift what does that roughly cost and does anyone have some parts or cheap wheels and tires?
