I'm trying to check the ignition to find the source of a melted wire on my Waggy. Its a '76, but appears to have been converted to an earlier style points ignition. I found an old Chilton manual that gave me testing procedures for the coil, but didnt't list any resistance for the ballast resister. Does anyone know what range this should be in? Thanks!
