I have two of them one on my Jtruck and another on a GW unfortunatly they don't have a sticker on them to say who made them. The first one I got from a guy who bought it from JC Whitney.

old man told me Rino made em and also made the sportside roll bar.

How does it mount?

Use same hole in frame as Jeep SE guard?

Bumper looks like uses different hole?

it uses the same holes you just have to take the bumper guards off the the top bolt goes through there and tightens up the the bottom you loose-in the front leaf shackle and it slides in there and you tighten it up. Its real solid I have used it to pull with and had know problems at all with it.

Go Rhino. and 82 J10 I parted had one. They don't hold up well to a front impact when t-boning someone. ;)
