Thought this was kind of cool. Yeah I know its not a real "Jeep". Just never seen one of these before. Guess there aren't too many around.

nice...way over priced though...looking at the underhood shot this owner has modded the hell out of it ...restored my @ss...that plastic master cylinder is not stock...plus it has a overflow radiator bucket...not stock either...still nice to see something in such condition considering that these vehicles are hardly seen anywhere...

I saw one when I was off-roading in Anza Borrego. It was cool, which is a lot coming from me because I HATE Nissan.

I think it actually looks like a mix between a Land Rover (back) and a FJ 40 (front). I prefer the straight lines much more than all this round and curvy design they have today...

Yep ugly. I had 2 FJ40's...now why I own a jeep. It does look like a sick fj40. The guy did a good job on it, thank God only 2000 made it stateside.

First, the words Jeep and Nissan should never be used in a sentance unless it goes something like this...
Desert Beast put Jeep axles under his Nissan.
I traded in my Nissan for a Jeep.
That's no Jeep it's a Nissan...
I have owned several Nissan trucks (work trucks) and they were all good ones. Dependable and rugged.
IIRC the Patrol is the only passenger 4x4 they made with a live front axle.
I'd drive it!
