There is one for sale localy. It's 3" kit. Anyone here running one? What do you think of it and the ride quality? It's a full spring kit.

Don't know if this will help, but I have a Rancho 3in on my waggy and I like it. It is a little stiff but I like the fact that it rides like a truck. It's not bone jarring but deffinetly does'nt ride like my 07 Titan. I have been told that once the springs get a little use the ride will soften a little.

I have rough country springs on the front of my Cherokee, they did ride rough at first they have broken in and seem to ride pretty good now.

Granted I now have a winch and winch bumper up front as well so that probably helps a little too.

I recently installed the 3" lift on my '83 J10. I liked the price but now I would have rather gone with another lift. Rough Country is a little rough. A few of the parts didn't line up right either. I would probably go with the one from BJ's Off-Road or spend the extra $$$ for a skyjacker.

Don't forget to add to the purchase price the price of new U bolts and hardware. Even if the old ones "look" new, it's best to use new ones.

I was told that they were going to ride terrible, but for the price i took the chance and bought them. I am pleased with them. I cant say they are an improvement over stock ride, but i went from stock height and 31x10.5 to the rough country 3" and 33x12.5 and i think it rides better. Now the bigger tire will allow better ride quality. I have a feeling that if i were to run the 31"s again it would seem a little rougher. If you are going to increase tire size i would reccomend them.

I hear it's a rougher ride but I plan to plow with this so I'm not worried about the ride. It new and up here already do I wong have shipping to Alasks to worry about either. Only real issue I'd the 35" bfg ko's I have already. I was going to do a bj 6" kit but there back ordered.

One of ours has 4" RC front springs and they are pretty stiff compared to the others.

It seems they do tend to live up to their name...........

It will take a LOT of fender trimming to clear 35's with only a 3" lift, like 5", unless you never plan on flexing the suspension.
