Looks like it's all airbrushed, light wood and dark wood - They forgot about shadows, but otherwise, I still like the 'faux wood' better. If i were going to spend that kind of cash, I would probably get real wood to put on.

it's a good job by the artist, but i don't get it.

i never really liked the wood, i think the trucks look far better without it.

anyway, forget about the painted on wood, what's up with that lift/tire/wheel combo? heinous.

Since I bought my waggy, I've always dreamed of doing this. I think it is so cool.

Different strokes for different folks.

I like the old waggys with a rhino minus wood look.

I like the newer waggys with later grills and wood.

I found this awhile back. I saw a write up on it. Its down in Mexico. There is a large group of Fullsize Jeep lovers down there. I ran into 1 of there members here in Arkansas and told him I liked his Wagoneer. He looked at me like I was from another world....Language barrier I guess... His Wagoneer was immaculate...

except for the 22's on it just over the top for me.....

If I see it again I'll snap a pic of it.

LOL.

I can't stand any "wood" on these, I think they'd all look much better without it. But that's a darn good job by the artist!

The painted on trim is too much. I think it would've been fine with painted would but real trim

Here is another way to do it:

This is paint not real wood and you use a rubber stamping kit to paint it.

Not sure what it would cost to buy what you need for a Waggy.

Not fan of the color either with or without the aftermarket rim.

Wow that looks really good. But I've never been a fan of the fake wood in general. I'd like to see GW with real wood on it....now that would be cool. Surely someone has done that in the group right?

I can't imagine the maintenance on real teak planks in Colorado winter conditions. The air brush ain't so bad if you want to go that way. I am leaning towards satin black. KISS maybe... :p

Nice job, but I prefer my Jeeps woodless...

Nothing better than a paint job that costs three times what the vehicle is worth.

lol. Kinda like when you seen someone put $2000 worth of rims and tires on a $400 car.
