smog parts

I have an 87 with the 360. Problem is all the smog devices are rusted out. I don't have smog inspections so I want to remove it all. The question is what goes and what is needed. Also what was the first year the 360 came out.

The air pump and all its pipes and hoses can go. The air rails that come off the exhaust manifolds can be frozen. Those will need lots of penetrating oil and heat to get them off. There are ways to just plug them also.

And the catyltic converter can go. I think this is about it, EGR can go possibly but requires rejetting the carb and timing changes.
