Well after a few months of dreaming of having round head lights tonight it became a reality. Thanks to Flint for posting the thread and sharing how he converted his.

I will have pictures tomorrow on my Photo Bucket site.

All it takes is:banghead::banghead::sawzall::banghead::banghead : :sawzall::sawzall:and then it is :whistle:.

Now I will source a brush guard and a light bar and mount round lights all of the way:thumbsup:.

The build was easy. All it takes is a little initiative and a :sawzall:.

All you have to do is cut the lower tabs where the square gill mounts. (Just leave the center mount hole) Hope like :eek: you have the tools and scrape stuff laying around to do this mod.

Do like Flint said with the headlight buckets and you will be good to go.

This baby looks so good now and I get some extra cold air to boot!

Sorry boys tonight it just me and the "Boobies" and a very cold brew:thumbsup:.

After the mess is cleaned up today I will paint the ram air section.
Yes the Boobie actually gives you Ram Air Induction:dancingbanana:.

I put a razor on my GW a few weeks ago. For some reason, I am not taking to it like I thought I would.

You just take the direct link code (copies to clipboard when clicked) and paste that in the image link when you click on the little mountain/sun picture icon in the tool bar above.

I liked my bOObie... It is much better suited for the ram air. I painted mine black. May be going back I tell ya... :D


edit: ooops, I just realized it is outside the forum rule size. Can you resize this one in Photobucket to 800 wide?

I re sized it twice and hit apply. I think it is 800x600 now.

Although the grill is in great shape the bOObs are a little to be desired. They are showing lines and the nipples are cracked:eek:. I am hoping a fellow member can steer me to the right place to find a good set and I will even take a set that has the chrome nipples;).

I'm bidding on some now, but would prefer to have the original clear ones.
