turns out my 327 timing issue appears to be a 180 degree dist. after tearing the timing cover back off checking the chain and sprockets, looks like the PO of the motor installed it 180 degrees from where it should be and all the plug wires were wrong. wont know till the gasket set comes in and try to fire it up. i have a gut feeling it will start after this, fingers crossed:cool:
