cruise conrol

I just got the old engine out and I am in the process of cleaning up the area. I wanna yank the cruise out. Is this hard? what do I have to do?

there is the add-on throttle bracket with the ball-chain throttle link that runs back to the firewall and over to the driver's side fenderwell where there is the vacuum reservoirs (looks like a coffee can) and vacuum motor (yellow thing with cable coming out of the middle). Then, inside you will have the column switch that runs to a plug connector on the left side of the steering column and the electronic control box (about middle of the tranny hump, usually factory duct taped to the dash) and the associated wiring.
