Have any of you ever run an offset Qtrac rear diff with a Dana 20 T-case? If so, did it work OK? Any problems? I'm having trouble finding a centered D44, but I can find tons of the offset ones.

There are a few guy's here that have that set-up without any problems. If you do a search, you should come up with a few threads on it.

I WAS doing this for awhile. I just swapped back in my D18 hybrid. I was having to many vibe problems with the D20 and the offset rear. It is also due to how much lift I have. But there are others that have this setup and it seems to work for them. Maybe I am just the unlucky one :D .

The trucks that came with the Dana20 case also had offset rears. The driveshaft doesn't care if it is running uphill, downhill or left or right. The u-joints do their job no matter what the orientation of the shaft.

Running QT rear and Dana 20 now... Now running a CV on the rear shaft as well...
Got vibes cuz my shaft is not balanced yet...
