 I have a set of stock 85 GW turbin wheels that I want to sell and
need to know about what they weigh so I can find out what they will
cost to ship! And what would be the best way to ship as far as packageing.
Thanx Grover

I shipped a few sets, ran about $50-$75 each time. Not sure what they weigh off the top of my head.

Stop by a wheel and tire shop, whenever they order rims in, they usually come shipped in a box. I picked upsomes boxes and the edge guards for free.

I've also shipped two in a box (lowes sells a perfect fit) before, wrapped in bubblewarp.

This thread reminds me that I need to get Kali's 5 slots shipped this weekend. :)

Yes, but I do have a Fedex account so there is a discount for that and I have daily Fedex pickup at work already.

Last set I shipped they were ~26lbs each.
Local wheel shop let me dig through their dumpster for boxes.

I taped 2 boxes together, and sent the set in 2 shipments.
Each box was 16x16x15 and the total FedEx cost was under $75.

I've shipped slots 2 per box (20x20x20) and the boxes usually way 45-48lbs. Guessing the wheels would be about 21-22lbs each.
