Bored with a camera

OK so I've been playing around with taking video on my camera. So I took a few seconds of the motor idling in the M today. Nothing fancy, but here it is:

Thats one of my favorite motors!Raced dirt track in the late '70's with one the cubic inch limit was 350 so they let me run in in a '65 galixie,Wipped up on them chevy's!!!!

Well I won't be so short sighted as to flame Ford or the engine family. But this has just been the worst rebuild I've ever done. It blew a main oil gally plug on the first start up. Then after that got fixed the intake started leaking. The carb and the ignition didn't want to work together to make initial tuning and break in easy. It kept wanting to run lean. And now I've developed a rod knock. It feels like I've got a 40 year old worn out engine on life support, not a freshly built motor. Maybe I'll yank it and just swap in a 4bt-A.
