The snow finaly has gone back to allow a good expedition of the deep Cascades trails...I was so in awe of all the sights and great goat trails that I forgot to take some poseing shots till the last day....So here are some from about 5200' and showing the rugged and beautiful Cascade mountains....

I hope you all enjoy than as much as I had taking them, you all must come out to the NW to experience this...

WOW! That's a "rugged and beautiful" Jeep you got there too!

I've spent some time in the mountains and will go again sometime. Did you know the highest point in Florida is 345 feet?

I was just in NC yesterday... They have some mountains there that are pretty high (not like that obviously but still pretty good)... I was regretting not having my jeep with me the whole trip... Of course if I could have had my jeep along I would not have needed to go in the first place as I was buying parts FOR the jeep

Very nice! I lived on the Nisqually Res back in the Seventies, and have been sorta missing that country ever since -- at least in July :) .

Wow 345' I don't know what I would do with out mountains around me. Nothing better then the fresh clean air at 8000'. Especially here in California it's hard to find nice clean air.

We more or less forged our way in the National Forest along the border with Mt. Rainier National Park on its north side...

Hell my 401 is carberated with a Holly Trail Avenger, has worked great at high and low altitudes, wierd angles and off canter trails...not one complaint.... :fsj:

That first photo looks awesome!

A helpful suggestion: Turn off the Date feature of your camera. It'll store the date and time in what is called EXIF info and is attached to your picture file automatically. Your pictures will look even better than they already do.
