Just finished cutting my back doors. Wanted the same 'theme' as fronts but couldnt go as low because of my 3 kids! Honestly it was more work than it was worth! I think they turned out great, but lots of hours for about 6 or 7 inches! Still have original doors that I'll prob reinstall for winter. Few pics and one with trial fit of surfboard....headed to Hatteras early Sat morning for a week of Waggy on the beach!! Oh yeah and new shoes---33 BFGs!!! DAMAYA-- here are some pics of the spare tire carrier bumper. Really dont have any other info, can take more pics or measurements if you would like, Mike

Very cool:cool:

Are they on quick release hinges so you can swap wet weather doors on?

Thanks guys!! I wish they were on some 'quick release' hinge! Takes almost a couple hours to swap....realigning is the biggest pain. Really though you dont get that wet....unless you stop and the wind is blowing!------oh my kids LOVE THE WAGGY!!

Shelf paper?!! I know the wood doesnt quite match original but Im not that ghetto!:D Ha Ha HA!! This was the closest I could find, 7year UV vinyl...on Ebay! But seriously does anyone make a 'quick release' type hinge for FSJ? It would take some serious engineering on the front doors the way the hinges are designed. I have clear vinyl 'windows' that velcro in the back doors to keep the wind off the kids if they want. I DD the GW around 100 miles a day...I get alot of thumbs up, or other compliments through out the day. Its a head turner! Hey Casey you know your gettin old when longboard is all you can surf anymore!! HaHaHA! I ll take plenty of beach pics for yall!

Damaya I bought tire carrier from the classifieds on this site. It is very well made and very sturdy. I was concerned about it rattling and makin all kinds of noise but it doesnt at all. I ll snap some pics and post them in this thread later.
