Which Winch

:confused: I know this has been asked before. I am going to be buying a 12k winch. Here are my options.

MileMarker 12k. 4.8 Ser. wound 296:1 reduction.
Quality Gear Grizzly 12k 4.8 Ser. wound 295.75:1 reduction. Comes with gloves, tree saver, mounting plate, 2 shackles.
Titan 12k 6.6 Ser. wound 187:1 reduction. Mounting plate, wired and wireless remote.

The MM and Quality Gear sure do share specs that are really close.

The Titan sems like it would be the better winch. Bigger motor less reduction. An American made winch is what I want, but all three of these are right around 600.00 to my door. Let me know what you all think.

Looks like none of the names you are considering were mentioned except mile marker and I think they are all low end names. My guess is you would be better off in the long run with a lower rated winch from a better brand name. I personally will be buying a Superwinch 9.5 and running a pulley if it really looks like I will be exceeding 9500lbs.
