ok, my book says that for a buick 350 dauntles,1969 model,with distributor #1111964, the timing is set at 5B, all others set at 0.how do i tell which distributor i have?(had, as i have recently replaced it!)Any help from any of you Dauntles runners out there?

Why don't you set it at 0 and see how it runs then try 5 btdc. One will be better than the other and you'll be set. Are you going to meet us for lunch or dinner in a week or so?

64, I'd sure like to, only we have a 9 week old future FSJer in the house and our schedule is non-existent.Maybe we could catch up for a cold & frosty or an iced tea.(whatever your pleasure) Do you know it was 110 here on my backporch today? Why would you want to come here???I know it's probably cooler here for porkchop.

I've got to come down and fix my house the renters screwed up so I can put it on the market. Also I miss the heat...... NOT Sorry tpo hear it's 110 there it was 77 here today. I'm driving my non a/c Traveler down too. What side of town are you on?

I got rid of the points and went HEI lot better, and I think I timed it at 8 BTC runs great!!! ;)

why not set it at 2.5 BTDC? it's close to both and i have never noticed a 2 degree diffrence
