Ok, here is a rundown of my Full High Steer for the Dana 44 on my 86 Waggy.

I used flat top knuckles for both side that I got in a trade so I cannot put a dollar value on them.

I replaced all ball joints using rock auto parts. I also got the tool from them.

SPICER/RAYBESTOS 5051156B Ball Joint $ 7.95 each 2 $ 15.90
SPICER/RAYBESTOS 7111023 Ball Joint Tool $ 15.84
SPICER/RAYBESTOS 5001070B Ball Joint $ 9.39 each 2 $ 18.78

I also got my one ton TREs from rock auto-

MEVOTECH AXES2234R Tie Rod End $ 11.50 this is on the driver side arm
MEVOTECH AXES2027L Tie Rod End $ 10.91 this one went to the pitman arm
MEVOTECH AXES2026R Tie Rod End $ 10.47 this was on the pass side on the front of the arm going to the pitman arm
the 3 above were from a 1983 K10 chebby
MEVOTECH AXES2010L Tie Rod End $ 19.42 this was on the pass side going to the drivers side
was from a 1989 Dodge W250

I purchased used high steer arms on NC4X4 for $80 from Noah(BnB)

I had to ream my existing pitman arm and the high steer arms for the 1 ton TREs. I used a 1.5"/foot reamer that I got from stockcarproducts.com. It was $105 + shipping.

I used 1.25"od DOM with a .120 wall. I bought it locally for $4.60/foot.

I ordered the following from partsmike.com-

2 RH jam nuts 7/8-18 and 2 LH. $4 each.
2 RH tube adapters 7/8-18 and 2 LH $15 each
1 arm spacer, 1" high. $26
The pic on the website showed 2, but they were just showing the different sides. Luckily I had a piece of 1" steel lying around work that I was able to make another one out of using the orginal as a template. I used a portaband and a drill press and in about 1 hour it was done.
1 spindle stud kit-$19
1 4" stud kit for the arms and spacers $60
I had the machine work done at JNutter Enterprises for $95 shipped mill drill, and tap 2 knuckles. www.jnutter.com (http://www.jnutter.com)
