The next project is re-jetting the 2150 until I can afford 4 barrels. Can someone tell me the numbering system of the carb jets? My guess is that a size 55 jet is .055" ...true? Thanks in advance, :cool:

Langdon, I believe that is true. I am rebuilding a Holley and just got done reading about it.

Yes, "55" is .055".
Stock jets should be from 55 to 57 with EGR and about 62-65 without EGR.

Are all carb jets the same or do you have to get the ones to fit the Ford???

To the best of my knowledge these are M'craft-specific. Local sources were no help (what's new :D ) so I got a pair from http://www.carbs.net/ford2v.htm. No, wait it was http://www.ponycarburetors.com/store/ .
