Windshield wipers no workie

Guys - does the wiper motor on a '74 Cherokee need any vacuum to work? It was working fine before the rebuild, but now I get nothing. All the electrical connections are connected, but there's a couple vacuum hoses and one which is disconnected, but I'm assuming this is for the spray washer. WTH is up with this?? -sigh-

No vacuum to the wipers- all electrical. Check the fuse for the wiper motor, probably as simple as that.

Or the connection is just lousy, and when you plugged it back together, it didn't make a good connection. Clean the plug on the wiper motor and try again. I suppose it could also be the fuse, but from the scenario you describe (rebuild), it sounds like it might be the connection.
