I did a search to see if anyone has tried air shocks on the front.Front and rear shocks are the same so mounting shouldn't be a problem. Please opinions or anyone having done this let me know how you like it or reasons to do/not do.Thankyou

Are you nuts?
I would not even think about using airshocks in the rear let alone the front. Why are you thinking about this?

If you have a mostly street driven truck and only light offroad, air shocks in the rear aren't that bad. They are a great help if you do a lot of towing. Air 'em down to drive and air up to tow. Gives you the better of both worlds as far as ride goes.

If you have to use air for ride or weight the best of both worlds in air bags. Then you have the additional carrying capacity of the air bag and the good safe ride of the shock. With air shocks, when you blow a bladder out of the shock the whole side of the Jeep is unsupported by the shock. With an air bag if you blow it, nothing happens as the shock is unaffected. Not to mention the poor articluation and ride you get with air shocks.
