I take it this is for the wagon bodies and not the trucks right?

billyrb

that is correct, but I believe the material could be trimmed to fit the J-trucks (note that this doesn't include the headliner board itself, but is rather the fabric and the padding)

I purchased this kit but am unaware of any additional material for the visors - am I to use the same material or is there another, separate fabric included? I'm ready to get the fabric glued-on to the boards.

regarding replacement boards.... Has anybody tried using 1\8th inch abs plastic, and cutting new ones using the old one as a template? I priced the plastic at about $80 locally. Ive also been eying the plastic shower shower panels at Home Depot..... <$20!

we have another company that is able to make them for us. We just have to send them a decent original from each of the styles.

I bought a headliner board from a guy on here a few years ago, and sweet guy that he was, folded the thing before he mailed it so postage would be cheaper, rendering it useless. I kept them, and if I could find a source for 1/8 inch masonite sheets (or an acceptable equivalent) that is larger than 4x8, I'd be able to make a pattern and produce these things.
