Was reading some posts today, and noticed that some people were wondering about removing the instrument cluster. Disconnecting the speedometer cable has been mentioned.
Just a quick tip that I found made things a bit easier for me. Hopefully it will help somebody else. Instead of fumbling around under the dash to disconnect the cable, disconnect if from your cruise control under the hood. It's much easier to get at then under the dash. That is if you have cruise.
Perhaps others could share other simple tips that make certain jobs go a bit easier. I know I'm always looking for an easier way to do something.
