Hey guys,

Now that I have a Chero....I need parts.

Where are some good FSJ junkyards out here in So. Cal?

As always...I appreciate the advice.

Thank you...

They will definitely have what you need but their prices are HIGH.

Head to the you pull it or pick a part yards once in a while, every so often you'll get lucky.

Post in the wanted section, someone likely has what you need.

I myself have bunches of parts laying around.

ok...cool...thanks for the info.

I will make a complete parts list once i get into the chero.

What I see off the bat is the tailgate trim that the window goes up and down through and the weatherstrip that goes around the rear window.

Do you have any of those?

Let me know...

Thank you,

I always seem to find some FSJ in the local pick your part yards.

sun valley, monrovia, santa fe springs and the long haul trip fontana.

I have not been to scottys, but it's a drive to get there and pricy......

what parts are you looking for?

maybe a local FSJ'er might have the part.

Drop pitman arm?? :D

FYI - As of last weekend, there's a mid 60's Wagoneer at the Oceanside Ecology. It's in pretty bad shape, but maybe some useful parts for someone.
Also I think it's half off this weekend.

jeep911.com < they have a junkyard down by the border; they carry some stuff from Crown, and occasionally have an SJ.

.. also - galants up in oceanside too; some driveline stuff, as of today; 2 driver doors (one waggy, one cherokee chief), 1 passenger door (cherokee chief).. and full set of gold waggy wheels (45/each). 258 I think, it might be there still -- full engine top to bottom (including the air-cleaner bracket)
