When I start it up in the morning its fine, i tap the gas and the idle lowers to where its supposed to be, but after i accelerate and stop at a stop sign, the idle stays at like 1200 RPMs, I shift into neutral to try to tap the gas to lower it and it only goes higher, what could it be?

carb bushing could be worn..... but if you tap the throttle and nothing happens.....
if you pop the hood... Does the throtlle stop on the solenoid..... can you force it back to the throttle stop. ?

My Hawg does the same thing in the mornings. I've found that if I let it warm up for about 5min at the lower RPM's it'll idle just fine.
