Air Temp Sensor

The one that controls the Outside air temp gauge in the compass overhead console. Where is it? I understand somewhere behind the grill near a headlight, but I'll be darned if I can find it. Mine is done-$16.00 for a new from the dealer.

I believe it is behind the drivers side headlight. never looked for mine, but that is what I'm told probably just behind it, not actually in the engine bay.

i would think that would be the WORST place for it, the 360 is so hot you will see 70 on a day thats 44 right? i would put it on the roof smile.gif

On my 91 GW it is a black plastic piece that is inbetween the driver side headlight and the foglight (above the parking lot). There is a plug that connects into this two inch long piece. That piece is the air temp sensor.
